At Nella’s Hair & Beauty Supply, your satisfaction matters to us. Please review our policy before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 21 days of purchase under the following conditions:

* Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
* A receipt or proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products.

Store Credit Only

All approved returns will be issued as store credit:

* No cash or card refunds
* Store credit can be used on any future purchase
* No expiry date

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and final sale:

* Opened or used products
* Hair extensions, wigs, and beauty products that have been opened or tampered with
* Clearance or sale items

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

* Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
* Provide photos so we can resolve the issue quickly

Shipping

* We currently ship within Canada only
* Shipping fees are non-refundable
